Job Summary
Senior Employee Relations Specialist, a full-time remote position, serves as a trusted partner to leaders by executing Teammate Relations strategies, coaching managers, leading investigations, and fostering a strong workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor on Teammate Relations matters, including performance and conduct issues
- Conduct fair investigations and recommend next steps based on findings
- Prepare recurring reports and consult on policy interpretation and application
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources or related field
- 3-5 years of Human Resources experience, including a minimum of 3 years in Employee Relations
- SHRM certification preferred (PHR or SPHR)
- Demonstrated knowledge of employee relations and compliance with employment laws
- Proficiency in MS Office required
