Job Summary
Partnering with business leaders to align talent strategies with organizational goals, the full-time Senior Employee Relations Specialist will provide expertise in talent acquisition, development, and workforce planning while fostering a culture of growth and innovation.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify and forecast talent needs, developing strategies for recruitment and retention
- Lead performance management processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and advising on best practices
- Utilize data-driven insights to monitor workforce metrics and inform talent decisions, while guiding teams through organizational changes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in HR roles, including HR business partnering and talent management
- Proven track record of strategic thinking and aligning talent initiatives with business objectives
- Strong consultative and coaching skills, with the ability to influence leaders and employees
- In-depth knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and best practices
