Partnering with business leaders to align talent strategies with organizational goals, the full-time Senior Employee Relations Specialist will provide expertise in talent acquisition, development, and workforce planning while fostering a culture of growth and innovation.

Key responsibilities

Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in HR roles, including HR business partnering and talent management
  • Proven track record of strategic thinking and aligning talent initiatives with business objectives
  • Strong consultative and coaching skills, with the ability to influence leaders and employees
  • In-depth knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and best practices
