Focusing on performance and leadership development, the full-time Senior Employee Success Manager will manage talent pipelines and organizational structure, design development programs for individual contributors and managers, and enhance onboarding processes in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with leadership on organizational design and career pathways
- Build and implement talent development pipelines for various roles
- Design and maintain a first-time manager program to develop coaching skills
Required qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in talent development, performance management, or organizational development
- Experience in building and implementing talent programs or frameworks
- Prior experience in a consulting practice or innovative People team in a high-growth technology company
- Exceptional writing skills for creating curricula and communication materials
- Strong facilitation skills for leading sessions and orientations
