Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Employment Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel executives and teams on employee relations, performance management, and sensitive personnel matters
• Design and implement scalable frameworks for employee relations and compliance strategies
• Conduct workplace investigations and manage employment litigation strategies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of employment law experience
• Combination of law firm and in-house experience preferred
• Experience advising on complex employment matters, particularly for hourly or field-based workforces
• Multi-state employment law experience required
• Deep knowledge of federal employment laws and strong wage-and-hour expertise
