Senior Empower Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting a global LabVantage LIMS implementation, the remote contract Senior Empower Consultant will configure, validate, and ensure the production readiness of Empower chromatography systems integrated with LabVantage to facilitate QC laboratory operations during verification, cutover, and go-live phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Empower project structures, including parent and method-specific projects
• Support LabVantage-Empower integration testing, verification, and defect resolution
• Execute Empower system verification and provide real-time troubleshooting support to QC laboratories

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Waters Empower in GMP environments
• Strong understanding of chromatography workflows and QC laboratory operations
• Experience supporting system validation and regulated system integrations
• Ability to troubleshoot Empower configuration, method execution, and reporting issues
• Experience collaborating with QA, QC, IT, and validation teams
