Job Summary

To support the optimization of Epic Home Care solutions, the full-time Senior EMR Analyst - Epic will analyze, design, and implement complex systems remotely, enhancing clinical workflows and patient outcomes while mentoring team members and collaborating with clinical leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, design, implement, and maintain Epic Home Care systems to improve clinical care and patient management
• Lead the design and implementation of new EMR requests while managing project plans and documentation for complex projects
• Develop collaborative relationships with stakeholders to ensure outstanding end-user support and effective training materials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of work experience in a related job discipline
• Epic certification in the supported application(s) preferred, or required within six months of hire
• Experience working with Home Care and Hospice teams in patient homes
• Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills
