Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior EMR Practice Management Analyst - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced support, analysis, and optimization of practice management and clearinghouse systems
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and administrative teams to improve patient access and streamline operations
• Manage projects independently, troubleshoot RCM-related issues, and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of experience with medical billing, preferably in substance abuse or primary care
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• Experience with EMR system configuration and leadership skills
• Familiarity with Waystar clearinghouse and EDI files
• Experience with web-based billing software and Electronic Health Systems
