Senior Enablement Analyst
Job Summary
To support customer success, the full-time Senior Enablement Analyst will develop enablement content, facilitate data exports, and help clients understand complex data models while working in a hybrid environment with occasional onsite meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop customer-facing enablement content, including notebooks, guides, and walkthroughs
- Facilitate large exports of omni-model data to customer environments
- Support customers in understanding the data model and using data for analytics and predictive modeling
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer enablement, solutions consulting, analytics, or data science
- Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts in plain language
- Familiarity with healthcare data, EHR data, and images strongly preferred
- Comfort working with notebooks, data dictionaries, SQL, Python, or similar analytical tools
- Experience supporting technical customers in building analytics or ML workflows using omni-modal data
