Senior Enablement Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Enablement GTM Consultant, Games & Entertainment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Games & Entertainment enablement strategy, including needs assessment and quarterly roadmap creation
• Design and deliver high-impact enablement programs using a mix of self-developed content and cross-functional resources
• Drive strong cross-functional collaboration to align training and ensure programs are scalable across all partner-facing roles

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of proven enablement experience in program management, ideally in SaaS or tech
• Experience in cross-functional influence and collaboration across Sales, Customer Success, and GTM teams
• Expertise in operational and program execution, including designing role-based training programs
• Ability to translate strategy into action and deliver scalable enablement programs
• Background in Gaming or Entertainment industries is a plus
