Senior Enablement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Enablement Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and assess enablement programs for internal teams and supported hotels globally
• Provide onboarding and training programs for field teams, facilitate content creation, and update partner-facing materials
• Create and maintain a toolbox of materials, gather feedback, and communicate program progress

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years in operations, sales, or enablement roles managing complex projects
• Proven ability to lead in a cross-functional environment and develop proposals
• Experience onboarding and supporting team members' ongoing learning and development
• Proficiency in Powerpoint, Salesforce, Excel, GSuite, and Highspot (a plus)
• Strong strategic thinking skills and ability to translate strategy into execution
