Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Enablement Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish project plans with stakeholders to define strategic impact, scope, and success metrics
Create enablement assets for internal employees, tailored for various needs including onboarding and ongoing training
Measure program impact, identify gaps, and develop resources to address them

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in technical enablement with a focus on delivering high-quality programs
Strong background in SaaS and Identity Management
Experience in identity protocols and/or full-stack software development is a plus
2+ years supporting customer-facing technical roles
BA or BS degree or equivalent experience
