Key Responsibilities
  • Execute talent management strategy through enablement initiatives and maintain competency frameworks
  • Design and direct scalable remote-learning programs to drive behavior change and skill acquisition
  • Lead a specialized team to develop a cohesive enablement strategy and ensure alignment across knowledge bases
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in learning & development or enablement in fast-paced environments
  • 3+ years of people management experience leading multi-disciplinary teams
  • Expertise in adult learning theory and instructional design
  • Experience with content management and learning management software
  • Cultural humility and strong interpersonal skills
