Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Execute talent management strategy through enablement initiatives and maintain competency frameworks
- Design and direct scalable remote-learning programs to drive behavior change and skill acquisition
- Lead a specialized team to develop a cohesive enablement strategy and ensure alignment across knowledge bases
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in learning & development or enablement in fast-paced environments
- 3+ years of people management experience leading multi-disciplinary teams
- Expertise in adult learning theory and instructional design
- Experience with content management and learning management software
- Cultural humility and strong interpersonal skills
