Senior Enablement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Enablement Manager for Community Growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute enablement programs for the Community Growth & Engagement teams globally
• Create and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for Community Powered Growth teams
• Coordinate content creation for educational materials, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Strong instructional design skills with a portfolio showcasing instructor-led and eLearning content
• Proven ability in project management, focusing on enabling teams and driving complex projects
• Experience in operations, sales, enablement, or a related field
• Familiarity with tech industry tools like Salesforce, Tableau, Slack, and Google Workspace
• Background in community management and operations is preferred
