Job Summary

Senior Enablement Manager, a full-time remote position responsible for designing and implementing a sales enablement function from the ground up, focusing on onboarding, training, and sales content for a growing sales organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build the sales enablement function, defining strategy and operational cadence
  • Design and implement onboarding programs to accelerate productivity for new hires
  • Develop ongoing training programs and maintain a sales content library for effective sales support
Required Qualifications
  • 5-8+ years in sales enablement or related roles in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience building enablement programs from scratch or during significant scale-ups
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on content creation skills for training and sales resources
  • Strong analytical skills to measure enablement activities and their impact on business outcomes
