Senior Enablement Manager

Job Summary

Owning the strategy and roadmap for the learning platform, the full-time Senior Enablement Experience Manager will design and deliver scalable learning programs across the organization while managing Vanta's LMS/LXP remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the build, management, and evolution of the learning platform, defining strategy and rollout across the company
• Design and deliver end-to-end learning programs, focusing on onboarding, leadership development, and AI upskilling
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify needs and deliver scalable learning solutions that drive measurable business outcomes

Required qualifications

• 4-6+ years in Learning & Development, Learning Experience Design, LMS administration, or Enablement
• Experience in standing up or evolving an LMS or LXP, including driving adoption across teams
• Proven ability to independently lead cross-functional programs and deliver with autonomy
• Hands-on experience with AI tools to improve content creation and program design
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employer sponsorship
