Senior Enablement Manager

Job Summary

Leading cross-functional enablement initiatives, the full-time Senior Enablement Manager will provide strategic oversight and coordination for project management activities while ensuring operational readiness and continuous improvement in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive alignment of enablement initiatives and operational readiness activities with business strategy and customer commitments
• Establish integrated readiness governance and develop executive dashboards for program health and risk tracking
• Facilitate proactive risk identification and mitigation planning to support successful program execution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification highly recommended
• Previous experience in electronics manufacturing and customer interface
• Strong operational and financial knowledge
