Senior Enablement Manager

Job Summary

To support a rapidly growing Care Coordination team, the full-time Senior Enablement Manager will design and implement structured onboarding and ongoing training programs, establish a modern QA framework, and leverage data to enhance performance and quality in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and scale a structured onboarding academy and competency-based training curriculum
• Build and manage a QA framework with clear KPIs to ensure timely coaching and performance improvement
• Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and maintain up-to-date training materials as workflows evolve

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in learning & development, quality assurance, or workforce performance leadership
• Proven experience in building structured programs from the ground up
• Experience in leading or designing QA frameworks with measurable KPIs
• Strong data fluency and ability to build or interpret performance dashboards
• Experience leading managers or senior individual contributors
