Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Enablement Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver coaching and sales methodology programs for sales and customer success teams, track ROI
- Advise frontline managers on coaching strategies and provide individual mentorship
- Support the sales process at all stages, including lead generation, key account planning, and management
Qualifications:
- 5+ years' experience in sales or revenue enablement, with direct experience in sales training and coaching
- Experience with enablement technologies such as Salesforce and call recording solutions
- Extensive knowledge of sales management best practices
- Experience delivering sales training programs in a remote work environment
- Sales methodology experience is a plus
