Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Enablement Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and deliver coaching and sales methodology programs for sales and customer success teams, track ROI
  • Advise frontline managers on coaching strategies and provide individual mentorship
  • Support the sales process at all stages, including lead generation, key account planning, and management
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years' experience in sales or revenue enablement, with direct experience in sales training and coaching
  • Experience with enablement technologies such as Salesforce and call recording solutions
  • Extensive knowledge of sales management best practices
  • Experience delivering sales training programs in a remote work environment
  • Sales methodology experience is a plus
