Senior Enablement Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Enablement Strategy & Ops Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage the enablement team's quarterly and annual planning processes, aligning business priorities with clear objectives and success metrics
• Establish and maintain the operating rhythm for the enablement team, ensuring effective progress tracking and stakeholder alignment
• Create and implement the measurement and analytics strategy for enablement, defining KPIs that link activities to business outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enablement operations, revenue operations, or a related strategic program management role in a high-growth SaaS environment
• Proven experience in designing and executing planning processes and strategic roadmaps for GTM or enablement teams
• Expertise in measurement and analytics, including defining KPIs and building reporting frameworks
• Experience managing complex projects and driving cross-functional alignment as a strategic partner to senior leaders
• Strong systems thinking and process design skills, with hands-on experience in optimizing enablement platforms
