Job Summary
Focused on executing enablement strategies, the full-time Senior Enablement Operations Manager will manage program rollouts, optimize sales tools and workflows, and enhance deal execution processes in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the enablement calendar and coordinate the rollout of key programs and initiatives
- Drive consistency in enablement across SDR, Commercial, and Enterprise teams while optimizing sales tools and workflows
- Develop repeatable sales motions and support deal inspection and coaching frameworks in partnership with Sales leadership
Required qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in Sales Enablement, RevOps, Sales Operations, or a related role
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes and deal cycles
- Experience with tool adoption and enablement, including Salesforce and Gong
- Ability to translate strategy into practical, repeatable workflows
- Background in high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity environments
