Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute, operationalize, and refine enablement systems and tools to support central programs and market strategies
• Serve as the expert for enablement platforms like Gong and Highspot, promoting adoption and best practices
• Translate enablement strategies into actionable roadmaps and execution plans while leveraging insights to enhance sales effectiveness

• Proven expertise in managing complex, cross-functional programs
• In-depth experience with sales enablement tools (Gong, Highspot) and generating actionable insights
• Exceptional program management skills balancing strategic priorities with operational needs
• Experience across the full customer lifecycle in a sales or enablement capacity
