Senior Enablement Specialist

Job Summary

To support the successful launch and growth of new online academic programs, the full-time Senior Enablement Specialist will manage cross-functional enablement efforts, develop launch readiness plans, and ensure student-facing teams are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional enablement efforts for new online program launches
• Develop and execute launch readiness plans that align divisional stakeholders and operational dependencies
• Translate academic program strategy into actionable training and operational guidance for internal teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
• 3-5+ years of experience in higher education, enrollment management, or related fields
• Experience in online education or cross-functional program implementation
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into operational execution
