Job Summary
To enhance the onboarding experience for Customer Success and Renewals teams, the full-time remote Senior Enablement Specialist will design and implement scalable training programs, create engaging multi-modal content, and continuously improve training effectiveness based on data-driven insights.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with front-line managers to enhance existing enablement programs
- Design scalable and engaging training content for remote audiences
- Continuously improve training materials using learner feedback and data insights
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience developing and facilitating training sessions for 20+ learners
- Demonstrable experience in building educational curriculum for diverse learning journeys
- Experience implementing modern learning theories and methodologies
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for explaining technical concepts
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
