Senior Encompass Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Encompass Administrator to optimize systems and support teams in managing the Loan Origination System.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the in-house expert and point of contact for Encompass LOS across departments
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and leadership to resolve issues and define business requirements
• Manage system updates, perform testing, and ensure the operability of the Encompass LOS

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline strongly preferred
• Minimum of 3+ years of recent/current Encompass Administration experience required
• 3-5 years of experience in the Mortgage Industry
• Current knowledge of writing business rules in Encompass
• Technically savvy and able to work well in a fast-paced environment
