Senior Endpoint Engineer

Job Summary

To support the End User Computing team, the remote Senior Endpoint Engineer will enhance macOS and Ubuntu endpoint management workflows, resolve complex technical issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user experience over a 12+ month contract.

Key responsibilities

• Own and enhance macOS and Ubuntu endpoint management workflows for secure and scalable services
• Lead resolution of complex technical issues involving macOS devices, applications, and security controls
• Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures to support endpoint services

Required qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience supporting a large macOS environment in a medium-to-large enterprise setting
• Experience with Linux/Ubuntu administration or support is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred; high school diploma or GED required
• Certifications in Jamf, Apple, Microsoft, or Agile methodologies are a plus
• Strong knowledge of macOS, Linux/Ubuntu, Jamf Pro, Microsoft Intune, and scripting languages such as Bash, Python, and PowerShell
