Senior Endpoint Management Administrator

Job Summary

To support a dynamic edtech organization, the full-time Senior Endpoint Management Administrator will manage and provide escalated support for the company's end-user Mac, Windows, iPad, and iPhone fleets, utilizing JAMF and Microsoft Intune while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary owner of macOS management through JAMF Pro, including enrollment and configuration
• Package, deploy, update, and monitor applications using Intune and JAMF, ensuring timely patching and compliance
• Act as the senior escalation point for complex endpoint issues and collaborate with IT and InfoSec teams to enhance fleet reliability

Required qualifications

• 3 - 6 years of hands-on experience with JAMF Pro, Apple Business Manager, and Microsoft Intune
• Advanced proficiency in managing macOS, Windows, iOS, and iPadOS at scale
• Strong background in software deployment and application lifecycle management
• Familiarity with enterprise applications such as Slack, Microsoft 365, and endpoint security tools
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to act as a subject matter expert
