Senior Endpoint Management Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely during Pacific Time business hours, the Senior Endpoint Management Engineer will provide L4 support by administering Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro, managing Windows and macOS endpoints, and troubleshooting enterprise-scale endpoint environments for a duration of 10 months.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro for endpoint management
• Manage and support Windows and macOS endpoints in an enterprise environment
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in enterprise-scale endpoint deployments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 12-15 years of IT infrastructure/end-user computing experience
• Extensive experience administering Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro
• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills and experience with Python automation
• Strong expertise in Windows and macOS endpoint management
