Job Summary

Serving as a senior escalation point for complex endpoint support issues, the full-time Senior Endpoint Support (Desktop) Engineer will troubleshoot advanced Windows desktop and Microsoft 365 issues while mentoring junior technicians in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the Tier 3 escalation point for complex desktop and endpoint support issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve advanced issues related to Windows desktop, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Desktop Support engineers, assisting with escalated incidents
Required qualifications
  • 5 - 8+ years of experience in Desktop Support, Endpoint Support, or Desktop Engineering
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, and Windows Autopilot
  • Experience troubleshooting complex desktop, hardware, software, and endpoint issues
  • Proven ability to mentor junior technicians and act as an escalation resource
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while supporting Central Time business hours
