Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Energy Advisor to lead and support residential energy efficiency advising efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing assistance to property owners and contractors for project conversion and compliance
• Troubleshoot advanced technical questions and offer training to customers and contractors
• Mentor and support Energy Advisors, sharing knowledge and guiding workflow

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of industry-related experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in technical advising or residential energy efficiency programs
• Ability to manage customer communication via email and phone
• Flexibility to support multiple programs based on experience
• Advanced technical aptitude in building science and residential systems
