Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Senior Energy Auditor will prepare attestation engagements, analyze data for compliance with renewable fuel regulations, and actively participate in business development while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare attestation engagements and audit reports in accordance with established standards
- Collect and analyze data related to renewable fuel production facilities to ensure regulatory compliance
- Research and summarize new renewable fuel regulations and assist in developing audit and verification programs
Required qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting or renewable fuels preferred
- A degree in business, accounting, financial management, or a related field is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of the EPA's Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) and West Coast Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
