Key Responsibilities

• Lead advanced research projects on electricity system planning and energy regulation
• Exercise independent judgment to determine research objectives and resolve complex issues
• Directly supervise project staff and manage work scopes, budgets, and project deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience with electric utility regulation and electricity system planning
• Experience in project management and resource management
• Strong quantitative skills for conducting technical analysis
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and familiarity with interdisciplinary research methods
