Senior Engagement Leader - Aviation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engagement Leader-Aviation Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with aviation clients and assess efficiency opportunities
• Lead and mentor project teams while ensuring client goals and objectives are met
• Drive business development by identifying and creating new opportunities and managing project financials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of related work experience or a Master's degree with 12+ years of related work experience
• 7-10 years in an aviation operations management role, ideally at a director level or above
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the airline/aerospace industry
• Demonstrated understanding of industry regulations, primarily EASA and/or FAA
• Experience in consulting or business development within the aviation sector is preferred
