Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Engagement Manager, North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expand accounts by identifying and closing cross-sell opportunities within assigned client base
  • Manage client retention and secure contract renewals by collaborating with internal teams
  • Oversee service delivery and ensure high client satisfaction while managing profit margins
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; Master's or MBA desirable
  • 10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles in technology companies
  • 5+ years of experience selling technology services including software support and managed services
  • Proven track record of sales achievement and client account growth
  • Experience in the Energy, Utilities, and Construction industries is preferred
