Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Engagement Manager, North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand accounts by identifying and closing cross-sell opportunities within assigned client base
- Manage client retention and secure contract renewals by collaborating with internal teams
- Oversee service delivery and ensure high client satisfaction while managing profit margins
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; Master's or MBA desirable
- 10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles in technology companies
- 5+ years of experience selling technology services including software support and managed services
- Proven track record of sales achievement and client account growth
- Experience in the Energy, Utilities, and Construction industries is preferred
