Key Responsibilities
  • Expand client accounts by identifying and closing cross-sell opportunities
  • Ensure client retention and secure contract renewals through proactive collaboration
  • Manage overall client relationships to enhance satisfaction and service adoption
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in technology sales, account management, or consulting
  • 5+ years of experience in selling technology services, including software support
  • Experience in post-sales customer-facing roles for at least 5 years
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; Master's or MBA is desirable
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and retention targets
