Senior Engagement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engagement Manager to oversee custom software development projects and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects and BI/reporting solutions
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with internal teams to align project efforts with business goals and manage project documentation and budgets

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or a related field
• 10+ years of project management experience in software development within complex technology environments
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, account management, product, and engineering
• PMP or equivalent project management certification
