Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Engagement Manager, North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expand client accounts by identifying and closing cross-sell opportunities
  • Manage client retention and contract renewals, ensuring high satisfaction and service adoption
  • Oversee service delivery and manage margins to meet operational efficiency and client expectations
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles in technology companies
  • 5+ years of experience selling technology services including software support and managed services
  • Experience in the Manufacturing, Wholesale, and Distribution industries
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; Master's or MBA desirable
  • Proven track record of sales achievement and client account management
