Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Expand client accounts by identifying and closing cross-sell opportunities
- Manage client retention and contract renewals, ensuring high satisfaction and service adoption
- Oversee service delivery and manage margins to meet operational efficiency and client expectations
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles in technology companies
- 5+ years of experience selling technology services including software support and managed services
- Experience in the Manufacturing, Wholesale, and Distribution industries
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; Master's or MBA desirable
- Proven track record of sales achievement and client account management
