Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sana Agent Senior Engagement Manager to lead customer engagements and ensure value realization post-deployment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end customer engagement, from product deployment to ongoing partnership lifecycle
  • Identify upsell opportunities and manage project timelines, risks, and cross-functional coordination
  • Act as an AI specialist, guiding customers through GenAI transformation and implementing change management practices
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in leading Medium and/or Large Enterprise implementations or transformation initiatives
  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise application implementation or top-tier strategy consulting
  • Proven record of solving unstructured problems and executing new deployment methodologies
  • Strong ability to build hands-on capabilities and configure applications to meet customer needs
  • Experience managing complex client situations and demonstrating executive presence
