Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sana Agent Senior Engagement Manager to lead customer engagements and ensure value realization post-deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end customer engagement, from product deployment to ongoing partnership lifecycle
- Identify upsell opportunities and manage project timelines, risks, and cross-functional coordination
- Act as an AI specialist, guiding customers through GenAI transformation and implementing change management practices
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in leading Medium and/or Large Enterprise implementations or transformation initiatives
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise application implementation or top-tier strategy consulting
- Proven record of solving unstructured problems and executing new deployment methodologies
- Strong ability to build hands-on capabilities and configure applications to meet customer needs
- Experience managing complex client situations and demonstrating executive presence
