Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engagement Manager to lead customer engagements and drive project success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of customer projects ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope while monitoring progress and managing risks
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to customers, highlighting progress and outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of Engagement Management or Project Management experience in the technology sector
  • 2+ years of experience in technology/software pre-sales or technical consulting
  • Working knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Rocketlane, Jira) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, Agile, etc.) is a plus
  • High level of business acumen and ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions
