Senior Engagement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engagement Manager to oversee multiple complex cloud projects and manage client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project initiation, planning, execution, and resolution of issues and roadblocks
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks, providing regular status updates to stakeholders
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and collaborate with sales throughout project delivery

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the technology industry managing full lifecycle projects
• At least 3 years of hands-on Agile experience, ideally as a Scrum Master
• Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
• Experience in customer-facing consulting or delivering technology services projects
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and a technical background in software development or engineering
