Senior Engagement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engagement Manager to drive outcomes for enterprise customers through hands-on delivery of SEO and AEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Embed with accounts to deliver expanded services, including SEO and AEO roadmaps, content workflows, and audits
• Run ongoing engagement calls, align stakeholders, and ensure clear outputs each week
• Partner with Sales on pre-sell conversations requiring deep SEO and AEO expertise

Required Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on experience in delivering enterprise SEO work with a focus on actionable priorities
• Proven track record of owning client-facing deliverables end-to-end
• Strong facilitation skills, capable of driving alignment and clarity in discussions
• Experience operating at a senior level, engaging both practitioners and leadership
• Preferred experience as a senior SEO or AEO strategist in a digital agency or as an in-house Head of SEO
