Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Associate Engagement Manager to manage and execute strategies that enhance company culture and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop communication plans and messaging for internal audiences and stakeholders
• Lead Associate Resource Group programs and support enterprise-wide associate events and community service opportunities
• Manage vendor relationships and drive program deliverables while ensuring alignment with strategic priorities

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration or related field required; professional certification preferred
• 7+ years of relevant experience required
• Expertise in managing large corporate events, both in-person and virtual
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
• Highly organized with outstanding planning and project management skills
