Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their business objectives

Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Engagement Management, or consulting, ideally supporting complex enterprise customers
  • Experience owning customer relationships in a SaaS startup environment
  • Proven ability driving customer engagement across a portfolio of accounts using data insights and product knowledge
  • Demonstrated success identifying solutions and improving existing client strategies in fast-moving environments
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage at the C-Suite level
