Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Engagement Manager, North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expand client accounts by identifying and closing cross-sell opportunities
  • Manage client retention and secure contract renewals
  • Oversee account management to ensure high client satisfaction and service adoption
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles in technology companies
  • 5+ years of experience selling technology services, including software support and managed services
  • 2+ years of experience selling Application Management Services (AMS)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; Master's or MBA desirable
