Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Expand client accounts by identifying and closing cross-sell opportunities
- Manage client retention and secure contract renewals
- Oversee account management to ensure high client satisfaction and service adoption
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles in technology companies
- 5+ years of experience selling technology services, including software support and managed services
- 2+ years of experience selling Application Management Services (AMS)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; Master's or MBA desirable
