Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engagement Manager to join their Marketing Services team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise-level clients, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
  • Translate client goals into actionable marketing objectives and oversee campaign activities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated MarTech programs and identify growth opportunities within accounts


Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in Email Marketing, CRM, or Lifecycle Marketing within an agency or marketing technology environment
  • Proven experience managing enterprise or multi-brand clients with complex marketing automation
  • Strong working knowledge of marketing platforms such as Iterable, Braze, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, overseeing multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members or project coordinators preferred
