Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Engagement Manager to lead customer onboarding and engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full engagement lifecycle from pilot scoping through POC delivery, onboarding, and executive business reviews
- Present to C-suite and senior marketing leadership, translating AI search visibility data into business outcomes
- Build repeatable engagement frameworks, onboarding playbooks, and escalation paths while bridging pre-sales and post-sales efforts
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in engagement management, professional services, or customer onboarding at a SaaS or technology company
- Experience running onboarding, pilots, and proof-of-value engagements end to end
- Proven track record of driving platform activation and adoption within enterprise accounts
- Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and managing clear project milestones
- Technical understanding of SaaS platforms and ability to engage with both marketers and engineers
