Senior Engagement Manager

Job Summary

To oversee the end-to-end delivery of services and ensure client satisfaction, the full-time remote Senior Engagement Manager will lead project planning, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Professional Services team.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships while understanding their needs and strategic objectives
• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of professional services projects, collaborating with teams to define scope, objectives, and timelines
• Implement quality assurance processes and manage risks to ensure high-quality service delivery and address any project deviations proactively

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as an Engagement Manager or in a similar role within Professional Services
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is preferred
• Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams
