Senior Engagement Manager

Job Summary

Leading large-scale enterprise engagements, the full-time Senior Engagement Manager will manage end-to-end implementations for major insurance clients, ensuring delivery excellence and stakeholder alignment in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Drive onboarding programs and manage timelines, reporting, and stakeholder communication for high-impact enterprise accounts
• Resolve operational and technical challenges by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product and Engineering
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and advocate for their operational needs to inform product improvements

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing enterprise-scale implementations for multimillion-dollar accounts
• Experience in the P&C insurance industry, including insurtech and claims technology
• Familiarity with claims workflows and insurance operations
• Basic understanding of APIs and data exchange formats, with the ability to collaborate with engineering teams
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional relationships across various stakeholders
