Senior Engagement Manager

Job Summary

To ensure a superior client experience, the full-time Senior Engagement Manager will build relationships, identify client needs, design strategic solutions, and oversee consulting staff while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and mentor junior team members, conducting performance reviews and supporting recruitment efforts
• Develop business strategies through primary and secondary research, including revenue forecasting and market sizing
• Collaborate with clients and managing directors to set project objectives and manage team responsibilities while maintaining timelines

Required qualifications

• MBA degree
• 5+ years of experience in life science consulting with exposure to senior leadership
• 2+ years of management/leadership experience in a consulting firm
