Senior Engagement Manager
Job Summary
Leading large-scale transformation engagements, the contract Senior Engagement Manager will provide strategic leadership, governance, and delivery oversight while ensuring successful project execution and customer satisfaction in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex, high-risk engagements with multiple workstreams, ensuring successful delivery and strategic alignment
- Manage engagement scope, timelines, risks, resources, and financials while providing strong governance and stakeholder alignment
- Build and maintain strong relationships across teams and organizations, coaching and mentoring junior engagement managers to support customer success
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in engagement management or program management, particularly in transformation delivery
- Proven track record of leading large, complex, multi-workstream programs
- Strong expertise in governance, stakeholder management, and change management
- Experience with Now Create methodology or similar structured delivery methodologies is highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead other engagement or program managers
