Senior Engagement Manager

Job Summary

To support transformational philanthropy efforts, the full-time Senior Engagement Manager will manage a portfolio of prospective donors, focusing on qualification and next moves management, while working remotely to ensure a disciplined and data-informed pipeline for Directors of Transformational Philanthropy.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify prospective Transformational Gift donors through proactive outreach and data-informed strategies
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide actionable insights to inform portfolio strategy and fundraising growth
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective engagement strategies and seamless handoffs of qualified prospects

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Communications, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in fundraising, prospect development, or donor qualification within a nonprofit environment
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems, with strong data management skills
• Experience supporting major gift programs and understanding donor lifecycle and pipeline management
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage prospects and build trust with internal stakeholders
